I was so relieved about getting this delivered to my home: organic pearl barley. The main supermarkets don't have any. It may be because it is now classed as a 'superfood'. In the past, everyone put barley in their broth, so it is now very much in demand.You can also make lemon and barley water with it using fresh lemons - another health giving drink.The delivery driver was very well mannered, he meticulously observed covid rules and it is thanks to these lovely people that I have food in my cupboards.Thank you so much.
