I was electrified with this purchase. It is shockingly good.

The adhesive will not come off, so the pad will stay in place. But if you wear body creme, it will not stay in place (I have dealt with the public, this is the reason for my sarcastic remark!). The pain relief is just as good as going to a Chiropractor office when they hook you up to the electricity. Great products!

I have lower back pain and the application of two separate electrodes, one on each side of the spine, is very difficult to apply by yourself. The single piece electrodes are much easier to apply by oneself. Overall, they work quite well.My only objection is that they sometimes adhere to my t-shirt and are pulled away from the skin on that part of my back, but all the electrodes I've tried do this. I wish they had an adhesive pad along the edges of the electrode to hold them in place.

I got the very long pads. 1.5 x13I use them on my calf. I have atrophy from being shot in the spine in 1996. It caused 3/5 motor skills loss down my left leg. Nobody can tell because I walk mostly normal with a good pair of shoes. But in shorts you can clearly see my left calf is small and my right calf is huge.I was sold on a unit called Next Wave by Zynex. MUST be prescribed to get the unit. It has IFC TENS and NMES.I use the IFC for pain. But I was using the NMES to build muscle. YES it will build muscle though its slow.Especially with 2x2 pads.This is why I purchased the long pads. It covers my entire muscle group from top to bottom. It stimulates way more of the muscle which makes it way faster in building muscle.I also have this issue since about 1999 where the top of my foot becomes over sensitive. If I get a scrape on my foot or left leg this causes it. Also getting sick causes it to act up. It is the worst pain you can ever experience because you can't sleep at all. I constantly have this burning feeling on the foot and every time heart heart beats I get this flush of maddening nerve irritation where you get the tingles but also the sharp sharp very sharp pain that feels like hell gets even worse. It is impossible to describe how this pain really feels. But imagine someone takes two 120v electrical wires and just jams them live on the top of your foot until it burns a hole in the top. That is the best I can describe it. No exaggeration either. IFC eliminates the pain enough to make it bearable. Until i came to amazon searching for new pads I didnt even know they made larger pads. So thanks for making these!They are great.

The pain relief I experienced with these was so much more than what I get with the smaller tens pads. However, and it’s kinda a big however, my 2 dislikes about these are 1)the adhesive-ish goo on the back didnt even last 30 minutes. I bought 4 sets and NONE of them lasted 30mins. That’s just not acceptable. AND they wouldn’t adhere beyond the first use. Which brings me to 2)the price per order/set is way too high considering they are basically just a 1x use and not very long at that. While they do help with my pain the smaller ones are a lot stickier, and can be used more than 1 time. I just can’t justify spending the extra $ for these.

These are great for across the back for sciatica you can place one or two. They provide broad coverage that you can not really get with the squares or rectangles. I am very pleased with this product. Even though I only use them for the first time last night it was just tremendous. I’m definitely looking forward to wearing these on my four hour airplane trip. It will make it far more bearable.Do not hesitate to purchase these. It would be a worthwhile investment.Just a tip, I do use the ultrasound gel when the glue seems to be wearing off on my tens pads and I get additional use from them.

First of all the design is great and would be perfect for lining both sides of your upper spine area without zapping bones or other sensitive areas that my (much better quality) 4x4 pads do. The issue with these is that the glue is very thin, fragile and cheaply made. Having my wife remove any hair in the way, cleaning off the skin and drying (this is how you use pads so they connect the best, sometimes stay on when you walk around depending on the brand/quality and how you make them last longer) anyways, even with doing this. The adhesive side just didn't like to stick and even worse, the adhesive comes apart! It's very poorly made adhesive gel. Maybe the factory that made these simply didn't use the best ratio of materials, The quality of materials to engineer them was low or incorrect. The backing should be a tough, thick but soft type of adhesive padding, that sticks well and sends nice massage waves rather then these which are super thin, easily come apart and shock you no matter what setting you use (and I own 4 different machines with a plethora of different options to test due to being disabled because of multiple spinal injurys sadly) so, these took the record for only lasting the one single short time I used them, as they don't have enough padding to let the electric waves connect with you nicely, they are simply to thin and the gel is to loose. I would rather buy these for a higher price if they had nice, thick quality adhesrive pads. Anyways, as I was laying on them in bed, like I do all my pads, they somewhat fell apart when removing them! So crazy! What's worse (because I don't like dealing with returns) is the fact I attempted to rebuild the pad with the same sticky adhesive pad fixer sold for all these adhesrive pads specifically and has worked very well to repair older used pads that start slowly falling apart. So I go to lay them down and apply the fixing adhesive, but for some strange reason, these poorly made pads literally couldn't handle the adhesive and started kind of melting off like a gummy bear in the sun! I've never seen anything like it....my wife was so upset she let it dry and tried it anyway, it hurt to much go use so when I took it off, the entire adhesive back padding literally just fell off the pad! My wife then tried parting a brand new ones pad and with her nail, the edge came right off.....NORMAL PADS DON'T DO THIS! Normally, They stick to the pad like it's one peice and the pad itself will slowly get worse with many uses, wearing down by losing little peices of gel material off it or it starts thinning down so much that it starts showing the wire leading into it and needs to be fixed or replaced. But the adhesive simply falling off?! That's absolutely AWFUL! Worst quality pads I've tried to date, but best thin style design I've seen. If the company reads this, FIX YOUR PAD issue, raise the price to make your profit margin and you will sell lots of legit, good quality pads! I know I would buy them at that point. Good luck!
