FRAM Fresh Breeze Cabin Air Filter (CF10140)
This FRAM Fresh Breeze Cabin Air Filter was a perfect fit for our 2023 Nissan Sentra and performed exactly as expected. Installation was quick and straightforward. It took just a few minutes and required no special tools, which made the whole process very user-friendly. Videos on YouTube on the access, removal and installation process can be very helpful. The added Arm & Hammer baking soda feature gives us peace of mind knowing the air circulating through the cabin is fresh and clean, although I can't say that we’ve noticed a distinctive difference compared to the old filter. Overall, this filter fits well, installs easily, and ensures in-car air quality. Highly recommend for anyone with a compatible vehicle looking for a simple, effective cabin air filter replacement. The cost, time and effort are well worth it compared to quotes for having this performed at a dealer/garage.

Does what I needed!
I have a 2007 Infiniti FX35. I don't put a lot of mileage on it, so it has not quite 29,000 miles on it. However, for the last year or so, we had to put up with a musty odor whenever heat or A/C were turned on. I suspected it was caused by fungi on the 6-year-old in-cabin filter, which is supposed to be changed every 15K miles. . .which I didn't do because most car companies want you to replace items way before they need to be. But in this case, I probably should have replaced it at 22/23K miles because that's when the smell started. In any case, I just replaced it (myself) this morning, then took the car for a test drive in which I tried both heat and A/C. The heating-A/C system works perfectly and no more smell! A word of caution. Unless you're mechanically inclined, I advise against doing the replacement yourself. The instructions that come with the filter are generic/don't provide much information on how to remove & replace it. And the instructions make no mention of what the two foam strips that come with it are for (and which I did not use; the old filter didn't have them, so I figured they were for some other installation). I found the instructions on a site dedicated to FX owners, and even then, had difficulty getting some things apart. In an FX, you have to remove the right front door sill, the side kick panel between the floor and glove box, the flat panel under the glove box, and the glove box itself to get to the unit that houses the filter. The side kick panel required an excessive amount of force to remove it because of two metal clips at the back of it that went into metal slots and after 6 years, acted like they were welded to the body. It took me some time to figure out that I had to use a lever (long screwdriver) to pop them out. When I put things back together, I put SILICONE GREASE on those #@$* metal clips so removal will be easier next time!

Fits 2004 Nissan Sentra SE-R
Perfect fit for the 2004 Nissan Sentra SE-R, but be aware that the filter is a tight fit. Though this was my first purchase through Amazon, I have been buying FRAM products for my car for a long time and continue to be satisfied with the quality for the price. If your air doesn't seem so fresh and you have 15 minutes and a basic Phillips head screwdriver, you owe it to yourself to pick up one of these filters and swap it in. (Regarding the posted installation video: the process for the 2000-2006 Sentra is slightly different, though this video plus a little critical thinking will get you there. 1A Auto's "How to Replace Cabin Air Filter 00-06 Nissan Sentra" YouTube video is great if you want to see the exact process.)

A perfect upgrade to a regular filter.
My previous vehicle didn't have a cabin air filter. So, all of the city smells ended up in my face. When I got my newer vehicle, I finally had this option. So, why not start off with a well-recognized brand with the extra clean options? I do not regret this purchase. It stops the smells from intruding into the vehicle. The price on here is better than the local store. It's also much easier to get in stock. I often drive through city and rural areas. This makes me feel safer about what I'm breathing in while driving. Overall, I feel this is the best purchase and upgrade I've made for my vehicle. If you live in a city or dusty country area, this helps so much.

I had to replace a blown fan motor so thought I would do the cabin filter too, lucky as the old one was probably the original in a car over 10 years old and had a huge hole through it. It's one of those service items most people ignore because it is out of sight, just do it, your lungs will thank you.

It's a small investment in your car that makes a big difference in driving comfort. The pollen season is just about to start, make sure you got one FRAME installed. Recommended.
