SPEND THE EXTRA $4 AND GET THE OEM PART!!!!!I bought this part knowing that the old one was leaking. I installed the part and expected it to work. we did a load of laundry and saw a small amount of water on the floor. We thought it was just because we missed some of the cleanup after installing the new part. We did laundry the next day and had a big puddle under the washer. I thought it was due to the washing machine center agitator gasket. I took apart the washer and replaced the Gasket, ran a load and it still leaked. I bought the same inlet valve from a different amazon seller for $4 more, and installed it. Everything is now working as expected with no leaks.I took a chance after reading the other reviews, thinking they wouldn't send me a bad part. But, sure enough they sent me a defective part. The one good thing is that I was able to ship it back for free and get my money back for the part.

The first water inlet valve didn't shut off hot water correctly. I contacted Amazon and got an immediate response. Took part to a UPS store and they wrapped it and return it. Two days later I received a new valve and it worked perfect fixing my washer. Great customer service with no hassle. Sooner or later every manufacturer has a glitch and to take care of the customer so quickly and professionally is great. The new part fit perfectly and was a very easy 10 minute fix. Thanks!

This part is surely cheaply made. It was brand new, no noticeable wear and tear on it, upon replacing this part and everything running smoothly on a washer, half way through the wash cycle , this very piece was leaking. The old part was causing a completely different problem but certainly was Not leaking SO I knew it was this particular part. Return and refund was 100% easy, so that’s good.I bought it from RepairClinic it was more expensive BUT I got an original part that won’t break on my clients and get me a call back on a job I had already deemed completed. I know it happens, but I prefer it not to. That’s what we pay for.Maybe you will have your luck of the draw and get a good part, but this was not my experience.

This second source part shoots water out the air gap portion of the manifold, causing it to flood the laundry room. See the attached picture showing where water incorrectly comes out. The manifold is designed poorly and does not match the functionality of the OEM part. Do not order this part.

This valve assembly is for a washing machine. Everyone knows that you use washing machine hoses to connect the hot and cold water to your washer. Can anyone explain to me why this replacement assembly would come with NPT threads instead on hose threads? You cannot put a washing machine hose on NPT threads.AND , if that is the way they want to make, why not supply (or even) sell the adapters to be able to connect the hoses. At the very least, include some paperwork that tells people that it doesn’t come with everything you need. The assembly worked fine once I figured out what adapters I needed and where to find them. How about some common sense please!

I needed to replace this valve on my washer. This part fit just right and my washer is running wonderfully. It was easy to replace after watching you tube.

Was a perfect fit and worked great but didn't even last one year before the hot water side stopped working.. thankfully it was cheap but still a nuisance to have take the washer back apart to replace it yet again 9 months later.

This part must have been defective as we were replacing the original part because of dripping water. When this part was put in, it was twice as bad with the leaking.Unfortunately we returned the part for a full refund.
