Game changer for longer term use of the weight vest. Comfortable and keeps the vest in place with less jostling while doing any type of workout activity.

Too big for my vest
I know it's not ment for my vest. It's a big pad. Makes me feel like I got floaters at the gym

They work but not perfect
I use these for my vest workouts where heavy is needed and the vest cuts into my shoulders. The pads help a good amount. I will likely stitch them in the best position on the vest.

Great add on to weight vest
Must have for your MIR weight vest. It alleviates the stress on your shoulders.To install the pads just wrap the cushions around the shoulder part and Velcro together
