Finally a sturdy mounting block! And it is super light and easy to move around! Horse approved!

I checked out a lot of online stores before deciding to purchase this through Amazon. Best price (and shipping) available. Arrive quickly. Very sturdy and perfect height!

Nice solid product. The height is perfect for an easy slip on to my horses backs. My friends that ride with me have all asked where to get one. Plus the price was better than most of the competitors.

So, my days of vaulting bareback onto a 17,1 hand mare are waaaaaayyy in the rear view mirror (64 years to be exact)! The 3 step mounting block is perfect. No strain for Grandma or the horse's back. I wanted one without the top step storage feature, because the lid latch looks like a tripping hazard to me. This one fits the bill. It is heavier than I expected, but I don't plan on moving it around. Very sturdy and stable. This is the best price out there.

I’ve enjoyed this a lot. It’s sturdy yet lightweight enough to move around easily. Love this mounting block. Great for training a horse to start to accept a rider- since sometimes it needs to be moved around- closer or farther away.. great little training tool to encourage confidence “step by step”..

The Jolly Pets 3-step Mounting step is a much nicer color than in the photo, especially since this is for the dog’s pool. The photo shows it in a field. It’s half way to the pool. It is sort of clumsy to maneuver even with the space to grip it. Is is hollow, but I expect with its weight, and the hole in back that will let water in, these steps will stay submerged. They are easy steps for me (l’ll keep that in mind for the future) but more importantly the dog likes them just fine. There is a raised pattern on the steps for a bit of traction. If they survive the 4 seasons I’ll be very pleased this purchase.
