I am completely satisfied with this product from the minute the boxes were delivered. The components were well packed and protected, with each piece wrapped/boxed separately and clearly marked as to what it was, and which step of the assembly process it was associated with. In addition, rather than placing all of the assembly hardware into one large pouch/box, the hardware for each step was packaged in separate bags, again clearly marked which step of the assembly instructions. The unit is as smooth and quiet as the day I assembled it, even after 90 minutes of use each day. I am also glad I purchased this particular model as it has a larger flywheel and digital display. In addition, I wanted to avoid other types of machines that utilized rollers, tracks, and levers as these would introduce additional points of vibration/noise (the design of this unit is simple - the stride platforms are connected directly to the flywheel and to the bottom of the adjustable arms). The ONLY two suggestions for improvement (not significant enough to knock it down from 5 stars) are 1) I cannot figure out how to change the setting of the "kilometer" distance reading on the panel to miles, and 2) the photos for each step of assembly instructions are relatively small (1 inch x 1 inch) - fortunately I am a mechanical engineer so no problem assembling. If you are not mechanically inclined, I would suggest considering the assembly service offered with Amazon. All in all, although I was a bit apprehensive purchasing this because there were no reviews at the time, I am glad I did.

Easy to assemble and use, although the manual could be better on how to setup individuals. I wish it could pickup my heart monitor or Apple Watch stats, but it does work well. We have used it for almost a year, 5-7 days a week, and only had 2 bolts we needed to tighten once - I added a washer to both bolts (that hold the arms on) 6 months ago and no problems since. This elliptical is very quiet, handles our weigh without a problem, and is used a lot, so we strongly recommend the seller and product to other Amazon customers.

The mashine itself works smooth and silent, the manual for the assembly is perfect with all parts labeled and even the screw bags are numbered for each step. The manual how to use the display could be improved, but that is a minor thing from my point of view.One of our handle bars was loose due to a defective pre-drilled screw thread. I sent an email to the customer service and within one week we had new bar handles without any trouble. Perfectly done!

Easy to assemble, and very quite. Resistance is good and programming is good.

I really do like the elliptical. It is quiet and smooth. The problem we have is the electronic configuration in the programming if weight and height is completely incorrect. There is no way to contact the company as they are offshore. The US address must only be a “front”. We are unable to even register tge product online at all. Knowing this I would never purchase from this company again.

This machine never worked well. It squeaked and wasn't smooth at all, but I kept using it because I didn't want the hassle of sending it back. I used it a few times a week and this morning the back wheel just broke.
