OK, I very rarely post ratings but in this case all I can say is this. GET THIS! ITS BEYOND WORTH IT! Really good stuff. I use mine post workout and to me it seems like it accelerated my recovery. The next day I can get after it without not feeling tired or run down..With all the high mileage I do from running and biking then doing some WODs afterward it's hard keeping weight on and not feeling exhausted all the time. This helps with my recovery and overall fitness. Thank you! The taste is not bad it takes a tiny bit of getting use to but once your past the initial taste test it's like in the immortal words of Tony the Tiger - it's grrrrrrrrrrrrrreat! Thank you again..It's reeeeeally good.

Great product, was hesitant because of the price, but well worth it for the recovery and before workout or competition. Lots of sustainable carbs to get you through and even spike a little carb energy.

I have been using this daily since I first purchased it and believe it has helped my endurance and overall strength. I love it! I take one scoop one-two hours before running and for long runs I take the night before and again in the morning. Love the sweet potato base and it mixes quickly in a shaker. I like it so much that I have already ordered two more bags. Excellent source of carbs with simple ingredients.

When this arrived the texture didn’t seem normal. It was really more of a dusty powder that billowed out with each scoop. Also, the taste seemed almost a moldy sweet potato powder. I kept trying to give it a chance and still drink it and it just ended up sitting on my shelf because it didn’t taste good. I never could find an expiration date either. I’ve gotten this product before but straight from Progenex. I ended up ordering a new bag from Progenex and compared the two and I was right, definitely something wrong or maybe just old about this one. I don’t like writing a bad review but supplements aren’t cheap. :/

So far so good. I take it intra and post and it gives me a lot of drive to finish my second WOD. It's amazing!!! Love Progenex products, can't wait to add Cocoon to the stack :)Just an example,I rowed about 20 cal warm up.100 jump rope,100 deadlifts,100 hang snatch,100 slam balls50 cal row100 jump rope for time.Then did . Then finished off another 30ish calorie row cool down. This gave me needed carbs to go on and replenish.

great taste and I have noticed a difference for the better in workouts and muscle growth

I cant say that I love it... I add it to recovery peanut butter smash it taste kinda weird mixed with it but over all its not bad!
