Great look, easy to install!
So easy to modify to fit, as well as paint since they are primed. Once installed looks and feels like solid wood! Love results!

Beautiful, easy to work with, not wood (very light material)
We love the look! We changed our stairs from carpet. When we removed the carpet the sides of the stair stringer had several holes from staples. Instead of filling them we decided to add these. Very happy with the outcome. The only thing I would say is a negative is they are sort of like styrofoam. Not wood like regular trim. Very light. So far so good though. Easy to paint. Had to cut to fit of course which was easy.

Didn’t work for me
These are very thick and wouldn’t work with my stairs. One arrived broken in two. I had to send them back, so I recommend making sure you pay attention to the measurements. They seem like good quality. Overpriced.

Great quality
Although it isn’t wood it is extremely sturdy and well worth it. I’m redoing my stairs, have yet to cut them but I don’t foresee an issue doing so

Ordered 8 but only got 5 that were decent.
Ordered 8 left stair brackets. 5 came one package, 3 others each in separate package of their own. One was chipped, one was bowed and one was a RIGHT bracket.

Exactly as described but one of them arrived broken. Fortunately, it was broken right where I needed to cut it but could have been a hassle to return. I assume it was broken prior to shipping because it was not one of the outside pieces.
