How cam i provide a logo to put on the award?

I'm afraid we don't offer the ability to produce custom artwork through Amazon, I'm sorry. The proofing process doesn't yet work smoothly enough to create a great customer experience.

What is the expected delivery time, I need by 12/17/2020. Will it come in time?

Hi! If you place your order today, I'm sure we can get it to you in time. We typically take 1-2 business days to engrave your item. When you add your item to the cart, you will be able to choose from different shipping times. The shipping time will depend on where we are shipping to and what shipping you choose. We are not able to adjust the shipping once you place the order, so choose a shipping time of 2days or less in order to meet your date. Please feel free to message us when you place your order, so we can make sure your order ships in time for your presentation.

I wanna write more then 26 characters per line, how can that be done?

Hi! We limit the amount of characters per line to make sure the writing does not get too small to easily read. You can send us a note with your order and we will try to add your additional characters. For this item, I notice that we can put 26 characters on line1 and 32 for line 2 &3. I have updated the customization for you to add 32 characters to line 2 & 3. Hopefully this helps better create your message!
