My dog goes to a nutritional response therapist for his vet and this was one of the recommended products. Seems to definitely be helping with his protocol. I decided to try it myself and it knocks me right out :-)

This product works as all other homeopathic remedies do - by helping your body treat itself. It is not a pharmaceutical but a way for your body to kick in and treat itself. I find this calming and I am less irritable on it. I don't know that it helps me sleep, unless my sleeplessness is caused by over thinking. There are other remedies for just sleep. It has glycerine in it which gives it a sweeter taste than most remedies.

I use this product regularly and it does help me sleep at night better than when I don't use it. I put it in with a glass of water or juice so it tampers the taste a bit. Through this company I plan on 2 weeks for delivery though.

Will work is you don't have any major issues with relaxing. I do so even though I took a double dose for a few weeks, I personally didn't feel a difference.

I use this everynight. If i wake up in the middle of the night i put 30 drops with water and drink it. It gently allows me to fall back asleep, and I feel no side effects at all

I was told that just a few drops would make me so relaxed and drowsy. I tried it two different times when I woke in the middle of the night and wanted to go back to sleep. It had the opposite effect on me. Both times I tried it, I couldn't relax and go to sleep. I took a full dropper each time.

Nice and relaxing. Increases the buffer time between thought and action eliminating errors and frustration, thus reducing stress. Highly recommended!
