This product is worth the cost. It doesn’t taste great, but luckily it’s an ounce or two of gel which means you just gulp it down and you’re done. The berry flavor is quite tart, but you get used to it. I recommend keeping them refrigerated, this helps with the taste. It doesn’t cause cramps, gas, bloating, etc. I saw improvements in my gains, my gut health, even my skin seemed to be doing better. Can’t recommend this enough for its ease of use and as a non-weigh option!

This easily became my most repurchased supplement. Hands down the easiest post workout protein source. My husband and I both noticed quicker recovery from intense workouts. I highly recommend for people who are active to give this a try. My husband doesn't love the taste, however I don't mind it at all. I think it taste like sugar free jello. It's a small shot portion with a lot of benefits so absolutely worth downing. No mixing, no mess, just down the hatch and toss. Great Pocket size packets we toss in our bags on the way to the gym.

I bought this after seeing that protein shots exist. As I’ve started working out, I struggle to get enough (100g plus) protein. So to the reviewTASTENot great it is extremely sweet and fake tasting, like drinking blueberry compote. I usually have a chaser of water. In addition, being around an ounce I would have hoped I could take it in one shot but it’s too thick. You really need 3 mouthfuls. I sometimes notice a slight aftertaste but it’s not bad.EFFECTSI notice an almost immediate benefit. First it really feels filling in your stomach. So if you feel starving or nauseated it helps to calm that down or stabilize after a workout. In addition I think the salt and electrolytes are very helpful if you have been drinking water in your workout. I feel reinvigorated after taking this.Longer term effects are less certain but it is helping me have more protein when I work out and I am sure that is a benefit.I like that it may help connective tissue and I have to assume, being collagen it may also help hair and skin and nails.GROSS FACTORI find the “pre-digested” part a little gross. It makes me think of a mama bird. As I understand it this is achieved chemically and perfectly clean/healthy. Just don’t think too hard on it or you will be thinking “baby blue bird barf” like me.All in all if you need more protein or help recovering after a workout, this product is worth it.

Since half stars are not an option - let me be clear I am giving this 3.5 stars. This protein is easy to digest - portable - and not large in terms of volume. As someone who struggles with digestion I really appreciate this. The flavor is "berry" - but honestly just taste like a terrible artificial sweetener . If you take it right out of the fridge it makes it more palatable but then you loose the portability factor. I like to knock this out in 3 "sips" or less or pour it into a shot glass to get it down. It tastes like... scortched butt hairs. 🥴But, it works and it's worth the price so I'll continue to use it. Fast easy 15g of protein. Texture and thickness isn't horrible. Doesn't upset my stomach.

My husband started using this after gastric bypass. It's almost impossible to get all the necessary protein without much of a stomach to put it in. I also started using it to boost protein and it's a good product.Pros - super convenient to throw in a purse or backpack, ready to drink - no mixing required, sugar free, only 60 calories for 15 grams protein, seems to be quality ingredients.Cons - very sticky if you get any on the outside of the package, contains Sucralose, the taste is way too strong. It tastes like snow cone syrup. The taste isn't bad, but it's totally over flavored. They need to dial that down quite a bit. Fortunately, one drink and you're done - these are only one ounce. I haven't noticed a smell.The cons aren't enough to make me stop using it. I noticed after using it daily for a few weeks my chronically weak nails began to strengthen and grow. This is something that has never happened with powdered collagen supplements I've used in the past, so there's definitely a difference. This is a good product that I'll keep using, but would love to have a version with a natural sweetener and a less intense taste.
