Taiwanese soy sauce doesn't come in "light" and "dark" varieties (Kimlan is a Taiwanese brand). But, this is suitable for both general purpose cooking like light soy sauces and for richer dipping sauces like dark soy sauces.

What is the expiration date on the 20oz. bottle of Kimlan Soy Sauce?

Obviously, the expiration date will vary depending upon when you buy it. But my current bottle of Kimlan expires on 05/02/2016, which is a bit over a year from when I purchased it. However, in my house, it will be long gone before it expires.

Is this soy sauce nongmo?

The bottle doesn't say anything about GMO. The soy sauce is imported from China so I would suspect it might. If you want non gmo then I would stick with a USA product. Some Soy sauces are made in the USA to eastern standards and they will speak to GMO.
