This is by far the best magnesium supplement we’ve tried. We’ve purchased it several times and recommended it to family and friends, who now love it too. I suffer from migraines, and it makes a huge difference when I take it. My sleep is much better, and my energy during the day has improved massively. It costs a little more than average, but it’s worth it – it lasts a while, and taste-wise, the plain fizzy version isn’t unpleasant at all. You also get other flavour options if you want a change.

The price is about £5 more than the last time I bought it. It tastes fine and I like it but unfortunately it is now unaffordable and I may have to find another more affordable brand.

Tastes good and works very well

Ich nehme es abends eine Stunde vor dem Schlafengehen. Ein gestrichener Teelöffel auf eine kleine Tasse Wasser. Danach schlafe ich immer wie ein Baby ein und auch durch. Nehme es jetzt seit drei Jahren ... Mal ein paar Monate nehme ich es und dann auch wieder nicht wenn es mit dem schlafen besser ist. Aber immer wenn ich Probleme habe nehme ich es wieder ich habe die Dose 2021 gekauft. Habe auch erst die Hälfte verbraucht. Wie ich sehe ist sie jetzt deutlich teurer als noch vor drei Jahren. Aber für mich lohnt es sich. 🎊 Vorsicht, nicht überdosieren, sonst bekommst du Durchfall.

Ich bin so begeistert, ich wurde mehrmals gefragt was mit mir "los sei" weil mein bekanntes Unruhe. Stresslevel nicht nur innerlich, sondern anscheinend sogar nach außen gesungen ist. Ich fühle mich sehr wohl, Verdauung nebenbei auch besser..
