I am sure that there are better capture cards available but this was within our price range. I trust Elgato products as I have quite a few of them for our gaming setup for example StreamDeck Plus and a Wave 3 microphone. Video quality is good for capturing our consoles and functionality is superb. Setup was very easy plug and play into an available PCIE slot

Recommend very good product for computer

My go to. Almost plug and play, you have to mess around with the settings on the pc but after initial setuo your golden. Video quality is perfect and so is sound. I definitely recommend this for the value and quality.

This thing is amazing really. I love the quality on both recording and streaming. However when I try to use pass through the application crashes and needs to be rebooted and still sometimes wont pick up signal. I could use another monitor and that would probably fix this but I am not really sure I want 3 monitors. Switching monitor inputs is what seems to be the issue. Recording and streaming from the desktop is extreamly smooth for PC games. It does do 4k 60fps very nicely. Haven't started really committing to streaming yet but glad to know when I do I have the best equipment to do it.

Money wasn't an issue so I got this to be able to record at 4k 60FPS so I believe that's what it meant. I have two computers both with a 3090RTX but OBS doesn't do a well job to record smooth. It can only record at 4k but only at 30fps so not sure why this product was named 4k60 what is the 60 stand for? i thought it was FPS I don't like using OBS that's the only reason i got this for I have all the tools that I need to be able to use this capture card at it's best potential but simply it won't work for what i need it for.Does record 2k at 60FPS really well though so i'm stuck at that so far 4k 30fps it's useless to me. The software it's very simple and not so many options there are many times OBS will detect a signal for this card but their VERY OWN PRODUCT WON'T. I search for help on this and they are countless videos on how to fix this issue so bottom line you have to use settings that their own software is comfortable with.This important part doesn't work for me in any setting which was a downfall.If you tried to clone your monitor with this capture card it won't work. I may be wrong but i'll keep on searching for help on this and that's the sad thing about it. Why the company won't provide us with tools and help and why we have to search ourselfs?Now the card is sitting in a box just collecting dust to me it was useless.Update::After a while i forgot that i had this in here. I'm going to change it to 5 stars. Best most smoothest recording I can ask for using OBS. The software that comes with this records at a much higher Quality but it's not easy friendly and takes lots messing around. OBS quality not bad but not as good while using this card but nonetheless it's amazing.

Gets the job done, the only issue I have is that sometimes it does not detect the HDMI signal and I have to plug and unplug the cable or restart the computer.I have an HDMI switch which makes it easier for me to get this quick fix when it happens, but before I had that it was a head ache
