Milk supply boost
Started taking these quickly postpartum and was able to boost my milk supply substantially. They don’t have a bad taste and are easy in the capsule version.

I got this for milk supply. I’ve used blessed thistle in other blends before and saw an increase. Not sure if it’s the brand, but I didn’t notice a change when using this exclusively. Easy to swallow and I don’t burp it up.

Boost milk supply
This was recommended to me by my OB to help boost my milk supply at 6 weeks PP. I have seen a large increase in my morning pumps by using this supplement. When I do not take it for about 2 days, I have seen up to a two oz. drop in supply! They are easy to swallow, and I do not notice a taste, but I also typically take it with flavored drinks.
