GREAT quality and hasn’t peeled!
I waited a few weeks to write this review so I could give my honest opinion. It looks amazing, I’ve had some people ask me if I installed real tile. It’s a VERY thick rubber, so you’re not going to be getting that cheap dollar store stuff. I haven’t had any issues with peeling. I’m assuming people who are having peeling issues didn’t degrease their wall and seal it with a heat gun after install. I scrubbed the area I installed the tile with undulated rubbing alcohol. After installing it I ran over all of the tile with a heat gun and pressed it down firmly. I haven’t had any issues with it. It’s very easy to clean/wipe down too. It also IS rated to be above stoves. Some backsplash cannot be installed by stoves due to heat, this one CAN.

a perfect installation would take some practice
First time user/installer. It's the seams where mistakes, even small ones, will show. And you will make mistakes.Assuming your tile edges are WHITE faux grout, consider a light coat of something like white primer on the wall you intend to use; not too thick, you're about to glue right on top of it (let it dry thoroughly). You want any tiny slivers of wall that might show through at accidently gapped seams, to be the same color as the faux grout. I used a fine, white paint pen to hide my tiny gaps. You really want NO gaps, but shrinkage...If you spray the tile backs with 3M 90 spray glue, it comes out of the can in spatters, not a fine mist. AND, that glue will both allow the sheets to slide a bit for alignment for about 90 seconds (GOOD), but it also actually softens the vinyl material and allows it to stretch (BAD)!That stretch, is a danger. Because as the glue dries the tiles shrinks back slightly, and then you have gaps! Consider actually overlapping any straight edges/joints just slightly. Like when you start a new row above a completed row. That joint will be a straight edge, not the dovetail type on the sides of each tile. Careful! The original adhesive seemed quite strong and would probably work just fine, but you wouldn't get any slide to allow alignment, it would stick HARD, immediately. Careful with all tile edges; keep them clean so they stick very well. Any tip, corner, or edge that raises/sticks up even a tiny bit will help ruin the illusion of real tile. But even my less-than-perfect job looks pretty good, as long as you're at least four feet away, LOL!

Look Good
I purchased a few boxes two years ago. I put them behind my sink and cabinets as a backsplash. I love how they look. They have held up very well with one exception. I keep a light on over my sink and where the light is under my cabinet the tiles faded. Some look light green now. I tried to buy replacement ones for the color i have but they are unavailable. I will have to look elsewhere.

Great quality
All were cut perfectly and uniform. I used an additional construction adhesive cause I want it to last. But they're super sticky anyhow just as they are. Dang near tears the skin off your fingers if not careful. They're thick, embossed out, glossy, and look very real.

Not as expected
I obviously came upon this looking for a fast, cheap, easy backsplash solution. When i thought cheap, i figured "okay, vinyl stick on listello"- cool. Its going to look kinda corny but thats fine. I use vinyl tile and sheet in place of ceramic or glass all the time, with great results.I was not however expecting to pay 3$ a square ft for a pixelated sticker with barely even a texture to it. Its as thin as 3 pc of paper!! I opened the amazon box and thought lol look at the label on these things i hope they dont look like that. Then i realised that it wasnt the label......it IS these things.maybe.....MAYBE these things have a place in a kitchen somwhere, in a dollar general clearence bin, or a goodwill trash can. Please do yourself a favor and avoid these lick and stick atrocities. This is the kitchen equilivant of using toilet paper as a shingle on your roof.Ill admit that these things look alright from literally 8 feet away. Any closer and it looks like the inside of a dumpster. The price needs reduced about 60%, but i still wouldnt install these in any kitchen with my name on it.One star because they look easy to cut and stick to the wall; the mightiest ease of installation, requiring only the skill of a 5 year old and possibly adult scissors. They only made a short trip out of the box, and will be returned as soon as possible.

Just put it up and I think it's awesome.
Easy to use. Only tools I needed where a screwdriver for the receptacles, utility knife (for cutting the receptacle holes), and scissors.Update: I originally had ordered some in Feb and had to order more 2 weeks later and the product has changed. The originally was great. The backing has been changed making it much harder to put up and the new stuff is sticky to the touch. It is also slightly different in color.
