Do you have to unscrew it to charge the camera and access the sd card?

Do you remove the top half when shooting or leave it hanging? How inconvenient is it?

I usually pocket the top half when shooting - it's convenient enough. The main thing for me is it being safer having the neck strap - wouldn't want to drop the camera. I also tend to use the strap as a shoulder strap to carry when not shooting. I love it.

This is advertised with the grip as an add on. Will the camera still fit into the case with the grip attached to it, or does it go on the case?
