Poor craftsmanship
Loved the magnification and the antique brass finish. What I didn't expect was bad craftsmanship. The screw holes on the mounting bracket were not aligned correctly so that the arm would not be level when installed. They requested a photo, which I sent, and they agreed with my description. I then asked for an exchange if they could assure me that the holes would be correctly drilled. I assume that they couldn't assure me of that because instead, they wanted to credit me once they received the return of the mirror. There has yet to be a confirmation of the return which took place over 3 weeks ago.
