Effortless Protein Boost with No Taste or Texture Issues
I’ve been using this grass-fed, unflavored protein powder for about a year now, and it’s become a staple in my daily routine. I add a scoop to my coffee every morning to get an easy 15 grams of protein first thing in the day. It dissolves really well—no clumps or chalky texture—and the best part is that it truly has no taste. It doesn’t interfere with the flavor of my coffee at all, which was a big concern when I first started using it. It’s a simple, effective way to sneak in extra protein without changing anything else in my diet. After a full year, I’m still very happy with it and plan to keep it as part of my morning routine.

I love this, but I wish it was cheaper
This is by far my favorite protein collagen powder. It mixes smoothly when you use a hand blender, so it’s very easy to use. The protein content is good for the product. The quality of this stuff is amazing compared to a lot of other things on the market. My nails were growing so fast when I was using this regularly. The value for your money is good, but I wish it was a bit cheaper so that I could actually afford to keep buying it.

Read the 1-star reviews before you order!
My advice is: do not waste your money on this Paleo Valley bone broth powder. The bag we got was foul-smelling and inedible, and I saw at least a dozen other 1-star reviews saying the same thing.I've bought several different brands of bone broth and collagen powder over the years, and I have never had another one with a disgusting smell like this. It smelled so strongly of chemicals, like toxic melted plastic. We were afraid to eat it and I'm glad, since other peoples' reviews said they got upset stomachs and even vomited after eating it.Like other reviewers, I also tried to contact Paleo Valley by email to report the problem and request a replacement or refund, but other than an automatic reply promising they'd respond in 3-4 business days, I never heard from them.Though the listing says no refunds, Amazon was kind enough to make an exception for me when I said the product seemed defective and spoiled and should probably be recalled, and that I'd had no reply to my two emails to Paleo Valley. If you got a bad bag too, please pursue a refund. This business shouldn't profit from selling a gross food product that makes people sick and can't be eaten!

Easy, fast, convenient, nutritous, rather bland but pairs well
I tried Paleo Valley, which is unflavored, so it is to be expected that it would be, and is, pretty bland. It would likely work well in recipes where you don't want it to dictate the flavor of the dish, but as a standalone broth, well... So I added my favorite salt (celtic grey sea salt, which is good for you as opposed to regular table salt with all it's additives after having been stripped of it's nutrients) and a little organic onion powder, which helped but was still a no-go. I then tried it half and half with Amy Myers (who initially put me on the path to recovery from gluten sensitivity) bone broth, whose broth is too strong so the combination worked really well. Very tasty (still used the salt though, so I get the added bonus of minerals). Since one is made with bones, and the other with hides, and both claiming to be the best kind of collagen I figure I am getting the best of both worlds. I have a cup almost every day as part of my lunch (along with a nut and seed granola by grandy organics). It takes just minutes to make, and travels well in a thermos when needed. It's also one of the few things I can make/eat on the fly, so that's a big plus.

Will absolutely repurchase
Dissolves so easily in hot or cold beverages. It is unflavored. I am repurchasing this once I run out. It is a bit expensive but the quality is worth the money.

Great for added protein
I was looking for something to add to my coffee in the morning since that is usually the first thing I have. I get the unflavored one and it doesn't change the taste of my coffee. I was worried about the texture of the powder being too gritty but it dissolve easily into my coffee. A bag will last me a whole month. For the quality of it, I think it is worth the money. Also, because bone broth also has so many other great benefits for you.
