BIOTICSResearch - B12-2000 with Folic Acid and B6 - 60 Lozenges

Digestion/leaky gut issues equated to suboptimal vitamin B absorption. I was taking a B complex tablet every day, but testing showed that I was virtually devoid of B. So, my doctor prescribed Biotics Research sublingual B and it has worked well for me (and my wife). It's not got all the B vitamins, but what it has seems to be well absorbed. We also like that it doesn't have some of the ingredients its competitors add. It's not the cheapest sublingual out there, but the quality and ingredients seem good to us and we have no plans to stop taking it. BTW, if you're one of those who this much B12 stimulates a bit too much, get yourself a razor blade or pill cutter and split the tablets in half. They're not enteric coated, so this is not a detriment.

Its a good product, tastes great and dissolves well. Unfortunately, it does not contain the best form of folate that works for me, and I am having better luck using 5-MTHF. But I would suggest people give this one a shot.

These lozenges are very fresh and tasty too. The product arrived promptly and is a great addition to my diet.
