Bella One Touch Battery Operated Salad Spinner, Green

Amazing! Bought one similar a couple years ago for a gift at bed bath and beyond. I was able to use then and loved it. For some reason BB&B no longer carries a battery operated salad spinner so I bought this one on amazon as another gift. The receiver said it works so great. This is especially good if you have arthritis in your hands! It takes no effort.

I never give bad reviews, but I'm extremely disappointed in this product. Can't get the bottom to pop off in order to change the batteries and there's no simple way to contact the seller! I ordered in July so now I'm out of luck in getting a replacement! Perfect timing...I don't learn that it's defective until the batteries die & conveniently I am unable to contact the seller. I'm sure there's a way, but it sure isn't easy! So, I'm left w/no other choice but to leave a review. Anyway, it also did a poor job at drying the lettuce.

Actually it worked as long as you do not over-load the bowl. I let my lettuce drain shortly after washing it before using the spinner. It does eat up those batteries however. It cannot claim to be a professional appliance so don't expect it to work like one. I have small servings in general so it was acceptable.

I was excited about a powerful battery operated salad spinner. Disappointed by its performance so returning it. Lettuce was still wet after several spin cycles. Had to pull out my manual spinner to finish the job. Not enough force to dry the lettuce. Nice concept, though.

This is my second Bella. This one will be for a gift. Would have put 5 stars as these spinners work well except the batteries that were included in the spinner were already almost dead when I received my spinner.

I have had the salad spinner with the crank and was tired of it. I saw this and wanted it, but I didn't know if I wanted to pay that much for it. After a few days I decided to get it and I'm glad I did! It is awesome, it makes getting my lettuce prepared so much quicker, and the basket is larger than my old one so I can do it in less time. Would highly recommend!!!

Five stars for sure. I have been looking for this BATTERY OPERATED SALAD SPINNER and it does much more than cleaning lettuce! I have three forms of arthritis with one amputated finger and missing part of my hand. Hand spinning salad is no easy task for me and just with a press of a button, it does the spinning for me. My sister had one year's ago and it took me this long to find it! Thank you AMAZON.COM ... YOU are amazing!
