Nice little frequency counter for amateur radio, LMR, etc
Great value for the price—does a great job of counting frequency and tones, whether they be DCS (Motorola DPL) or CTCSS (Motorola PL). I used this to determine the frequency and DPL tone of my work's radios since my CP150 I use there was acting up. To use it, you press the only button on the device to turn it on, hold the radio you want to measure the frequencies of next to it, and transmit for about 5-10 seconds. After that, it will display the frequency and DPL/PL codes if there are any. The device does sometimes struggle with accuracy, however—the actual transmitted frequency in the attached pictures was 468.9875 MHz; as you can see, it read it as 468.9867 MHz. However, you can usually round to the nearest ten-thousandth of a MHz and with a wide band radio, that should work just fine. It read the 031 DCS tone perfectly.Overall, this a great little frequency counter for any VHF/UHF radio applications, and has been a life saver for me. Obviously, it's $24—any design, especially this cheap, involves compromises in performance, accuracy, features, etc, and leaves room for improvement. However, I think the RK-560 is designed and manufactured with a good mix of inexpensiveness and compromises. I'd recommend it to anyone—5 stars, no hesitation.

Cheap design, works okay.
The design feels lightweight and cheap, but easy to take apart. Attaching the battery and putting it inside the box took some work, worried about the power leads pinching between the circuit board and battery. Overall works okay, position about 6”-8” away from the box for best results.

It works! But….
Good value and it works, but it took a minute to get the hang of it. It put out a seven digit frequency number when I tried it and my radio only handles six. So I just inputted the first six and it came to life! Also I’m a super amateur radio operator if you can even say that. I bought the radio to monitor the Frac radio out here in the oilfield. I’m satisfied with my purchase very much and hope it works the same on the next job.

Very useful and good value. Highly recommended.

Fake
Did not even really tell me the actual radio frequency I tested it with walking talkies and various cb and trunked systems doesn't work worth a jack

Not accurate in all bands
Works excellent and accurately finds CTCSS needs quite a bit of transmit time to recognize it. The frequency identification for 2 meters was poor and way off on my unit. However it found the frequency perfectly in the 70cm band. You need to be relatively close (under 12”) for it to work. Wish someone would make one of these with a better stand off distance. For the price I would buy again. You get what you pay for.

Works Just Fine. Awesome for the price!
No it wont read garage remotes or wifi signals, it's not made for those types of radio signals. For walkie-talkies and ham radios, it works very well. It needs a couple seconds of steady transmitting to gather the frequency and the CTCSS/DCS codes. Accurate, at least in 400Mhz range where I've tested.

Me encanto el producto
cumple su funcion, solo para mejores resultados tienes que situarlo a 30 cms de del radio y con eso funciona casi perfecto, si lo recomiendo

Takes a few tries
Product is exactly as described. I found that it took a few tries to get the correct freq. Unit will give very staggard results on frequencies each time you scan. Once it locks onto the correct one, you can try again and find some commonality. Does not work first try, everytime.

Funciona perfectamente solo poner pila alcalina
Súper bien para radios análogicos

Muy baja calidad
El producto carece de buen material, ya que el plástico se ve muy frágil. El mío venía roto del conector de la batería.
