I’m so glad that I ended up going with this brand compared to others, my mom reasearch paid off! Many of the other brands out there I noticed make really small dots and don’t fill up a lot of the coloring dot pages I’ve been able to find online. They have a variety of different packs in different themed colors so we’re slowly collecting them month by month using the subscribe and save Amazon delivery just so we can save a little bit more money at the library. We recently got to try out the scented ones and they are so fun!

My 3 year old boy and 5 year old girl both love these. These are probably the best product for a younger child to use to paint and not make a huge mess. My children are not exactly the neatest or cleanest artists. With watercolors, washable paint and paint by numbers we usually send them outside to paint and even then the place, their clothes and their art work is a huge mess. Their artwork typically ends with all colors combined resulting in a brown blob. With the do-a-dot markers we actually let them color in the house without covering the entire room in plastic. I also purchased one of the coordinating coloring books and they really like coloring the pages. They can use these like markers so that they can stay within the general vicinity of the lines and paint different parts of the pictures different colors. They have lasted for many uses and seem to have quite a bit of paint left in them for many more future uses. If you do get the coordinating coloring book, I would recommend making copies of the pages before use as the book is expensive and my kids typically color 5 pages at a time.

Sometimes marker and crayon grip can take longer but this is a fun way to craft even with 3 year olds!

I purchased the do-a-dot art coloring books and markers for my two and six year old this Christmas. I really like the books over traditional coloring books because the paper is thicker and can handle the markers without bleeding through. I hate the texture of regular coloring books. If you want the paper to lie flat after drying, you need to weigh down the edges or they will curl.Few other points:-The marker colors are so brilliant and vivid, and I love that you can get different color packages.-The markers create much less mess than regular paints.-You don't have to make dots. The kids can drag the marker for longer strokes.All this said, the ink is not washable, so we make the kids wear a smock if they have on decent clothes and they have to use the paints in the kitchen, garage or outside. This is the reason I didn't give the books and markers 5 stars.

Everything came as it should, in good condition and is exactly how explained. I ordered these on Tuesday morning and receive them Wednesday evening! Because I purchased two I got free shipping from Amazon and I did not pay extra for Speedy Delivery yet I received them faster than I received anything for! Don't we used to use these at the daycare center I worked at, I now own my own home daycare so I purchase them for my kiddos who are a little over two years old. It takes a little time to have them understand how to correctly use them but they did just fine! People complain about them not being washable even though it states that it is. I just use common sense and know that anything with paint never comes off as easily as it's supposed to in her mind :-) I lay down wax paper underneath our paper and I don't have any problems.

Have purchased several boxes of Do-A-Dots, My Granddaughters love them. Mess free. Let’s children use their imagination & entertain kids for hours. Perfect gift for Birthday parties too

I have a 3 year old who loves to do letter/number search activities and these markers are PERFECT. They are also giant haha so they will last a long time and they are easy for him to hold. The colors are pretty vibrating too. I did expect these to be markers though and they come out more like paint. They dry pretty quick but it’s definitely not the same as a marker. I wouldn’t say it’s a negative really, just not what I expected.

When I opened the package, the markers have already fallen out of the box. There is a small tear at the side of the box. Even though the box and markers look new, cant be sure if it is really a new item. Tried one of the marker, the ink didnt come through completely. Hopefully it will be okie.

The product came and 2 bottles have paint spilt out.Please assist.
