Not sure how long is an optimum time per use but 10-15 mins a day may be a descent starting block

I use it backwards, forwards and round. It’s a fantastic product and I would highly recommend. I use it once a week. I put on a sheet face pack and use it on top of that for about 20 mins xxx

What motion do you use ie up and down, side to side or diagonally? Might seem a silly question but there are no specific instructions!

I just use it as smoothingly evenly as needs be

It doesn't hurt, you just feel a tightening which is psychologically good
