Not too big, not too little. Soft sillhouette. Easy to put on and take off. They make you clothes hang well.

For my frame the shoulder pads seemed large as they covered from neck to shoulder entirely.

The shoulder pads are a very good quality. Soft but a firm form. Makes a sweater look polished and not frumpy. I recommend these.

I really liked these Dolman pads when they were brand new, but after just a few wearings, the velcro is not holding and I am continuously sliding them back into their proper placement and/or re-fastening the velcro. I bought a pair from Ann West several months ago in the Raglan style and they are holding up just fine. Won't buy the Dolman from Ann West again.

Very thin very small amount of material inside not correct welcrow length

At 65 I was unaware I had no shoulders until a clothing person noted that to me. Well, all the lovely clothes I wore in the '80s and '90s came with shoulder pads attached so I'd no idea. These are great and I have found that double stick tape holds my blouse in place on the pads so it doesn't slip around. I look in the mirror and like what I see, SHOULDERS!

I was looking for a substantial shoulder pad. In the picture these looked like they would be just that. They are not. Very thin, not what I was expecting for the price.
