Have been taking these for years. Are less expensive than other brands.

Good value for the dollar, they weren't stuck together in the bottle upon delivery, no funny smells, not too large to swallow and I feel like they're helping my skin a ton! Would order again!

It does seem to have a blood pressure lowering effect. My 45 year old husband has the blood pressure of a 30 year old. Before it was 137/87 now its 127/77. He takes 1 twice a day.

My Cholesterol was elevated and the only thing I did was add this supplement. Last check, my cholesterol was perfectly normal. I have always trusted the NOW Food supplements and their prices are always very competitive with other high quality brands.

Im happy with this - easy to swallow and no burping or weird fish smell or taste. Ive been taking this for cholesterol along with B12 and Im actually losing weight on this regimen.
