This was a Christmas gift to my 5yr old daughter who loves to build things. It was a big hit with her! She was able to look at the pictures to figure out how to build a couple of things. The pieces are big enough where it's not difficult to hold them and they are plastic so no metal parts. It seems pretty durable too because she can be rough on her toys. A great gift!

Making lots different things.. very educational

Lots of fun building these projects with my 3 year old. Minus one star due to some of the wood holes being a little too small for the plastic bolts. Would buy again.

Super cute little tool box that has made these toys more portable for our 4yr old, and she enjoys that.We got the workbench of this line for her for Christmas and she really got into it after a bit so we decided to get her this and another kit that just has more pieces. I'm glad we did! She was loving this tool box from the start. It made it so she could pack her building supplies to any room in the house easily.Definitely recommend.

Small but good for kids

The product itself is well made & it nicely packs up to be carried elsewhere.I find it incredibly expensive for it's limited use. I think it only allows for 12 very simple contraptions to be built.Where it is beneficial is in providing ideas to implement a simple system, so if you struggle with constructing a few rods and 2 gears to have a hand move back & forth, your family may find this beneficial.For a similar outcome of function, I would rather purchase a Klutz Lego book or something like this.

I bought this when it was £20 on Amazon but returned and bought hape E3028 and E3031 instead. Like all hape products I am sure the quality is super (hence the 4 star review) but I am unhappy about two things - (1) Amazon is trying to really milk the COVID pandemic and has increased the prices of lots of items it sells which I think is naughty. (2) even though I have two other varieties of these hape tool toys, I feel for the price you get limited amount of material and if you child is like mine and loves to make clever creative contraptions, you will need to buy more of these to increase the options of what all can be made and also so 2 children can play without killing each other.

So kann man Kindern zeigen, wie die erstenbewegten Bilder entstanden usw.Vom Material her, setzt man hier zwar viel auf Holz,aber leider auch auf Kunststoff, was ich gerade mitBlick auf den Preis dann doch eher negativ werte.Überhaupt finde ich ca. 45€ (zum Testzeitpunkt) dochziemlich happig, daher vergebe ich eher gute 3 Sterne,als schlechte 4.

Tolle Verarbeitung, super Bauanleitungen, auch schöne Experimente ABER nix was man baut funktioniert richtig, was sehr frustrierend ist und mein Junge schon keine lusten mehr hat es nach zubauen weil es am Ende nicht so klappt wie es soll.

Der Kasten ist nicht billig aber auch sehr gut verarbeitet aus Holz und stabilem Plastik.Das Prinzip stellt eine Alternative zu den allgegegnwärtigen Bausteinen mit den Noppen die mit L... anfangen dar. Hier ist aber auch der Bedarf gegeben dass bei Vierjährigen z.B. ein Erwachsener dabei ist der erklärt und Hinweise gibt wie die Einzelteile zu kombinieren sind.Wir haben es bei unserem jüngsten Enkel probiert der nächsten Monat 4 wird. Der saß erstmal davor und hat alles begrabbelt, aber nichts gebaut und er ist ein durchaus erprobter kleiner 'Handwerker' mit Werkabnk und vielen Kinderwerkzeugen und Teilen. Erst als seine Mutter ihm gewissen Zusammenhänge zeigte ging es richtig los.Sechs Experimente können durchgeführt werden, z.B. bewegliche Maschinen wie eine Klingel, einen Zahnrad-Geräuschemacher, ein Zoetrop, eine winkende Hand, einen Kletterfrosch oder einen Kran.Die Sache ist also durchaus sinnvoll, sine Art wie die früheren Metallbaukästen von Märklin, nur in größeren Details.Fazit: ein sinnvolles Lernspielzeug, Preis und Leistung stimmen, von mir 4 Sterne und meine Kaufempfehlung.Wenn Ihnen meine Rezension zugesagt hat wäre ich Ihnen für ein Hilfreich dankbar.
