I like them, comfortable, fit in my shoe with no problem.

I use these in all my shoes and have great success in taking away my heel pain.

For the price, and for what I need them, these are fantastic. I have several pairs of cheap lace up boots that the heels collapsed on the inside. I wanted to keep my boots but I needed support in the heel. These are firm and mostly stay in place. They are *not* very squishy, so if you want the for pain relief I am not sure how helpful these will be.

I have a size 11 foot and these inserts are too small. They definitely help with shock absorption and relieve some pain but they fit in my shoe funny because they’re too small.

These are great & fair price for 3. They adhere really well inside my shoes and sneakers. I have plantar fascitis & they it really helps the impact of each step. Super comfortable & good quality! ❤❤
