Have not had to use our fire blankets, thank God, and we hope we never have to. But think these blankets were a great safety investment. Bought a set of 4 and gave them to our daughter for her home and travel trailer. Read lots of favorable product reviews and first hand endorsement from my brother who swears by them in his shop.

Was given as gifts but will be very useful when needed.

After a fire extinguisher was used for my kitchen fire I had a huge mess on my hands. I saw these advertised and asked our fire marshall his thoughts. He highly recommended them for putting out those smaller kitchen, grill or other smaller fires They do not make the mess of a fire extringuisher. I purchased one for each of my son in laws to have in their homes in case of fire. Highly recommend.

While I have not had the opportunity to actually use these in case of fire, I think it is a good idea to have on hand in case there actually is a small fire in the house. Like the idea gloves are provided for each pack. Gave one set away and the recipient was very pleased to have one.Think they are worth the money for peace of mind,.
