I ordered one of these because I've seen them used on ASMR videos and I wanted to try one and see if it'll help with my head and neck pain because me constantly using my own hands is a pain; and it does! I massage my front and back temple of my head and it feels good without any pressure unless you apply it yourself. I massage my shoulders and neck with how much ever pressure I need and I just love it. I don't need batteries or have to stain in order to get relief. Some people try to massage their back and complain that it doesn't work, but I tried it and it worked for me; it'll just take time because it manual massager. You can also put it in the freezer for cool relief, but I like it without it.

This is my second purchase. I have two for two different houses. I love this massager. It fits easily in my hand and works well at giving a massage.

I love this little thing! It gets knots out, and you can use it on yourself. I don't see a major difference with this one and the more expensive ones. I'm glad I made the purchase. The only thing is that you'll obviously need to roll it yourself, which after a while can feel like work, but hey... it's not hard to use and it does the job very well.

All I can say it Wow!! This is so reasonably priced and its impact is HUGE! Within seconds helped relief tension in my shoulders. How I didn’t know about this sooner is beyond me. Definitely a good massage tool to have in the arsenal. One possible recommendation to the manufacturer: include a rubber friction sticker to put on the bottom. That way this can be used for the feet too hands free. And that would make it easier than traditional balls as this won’t roll away from you especially if it has a rubber/silicon gripped bottom. Definitely will be gifting this to friends and family! Perfect for secret Santa gifts and budget friendly gifts! And will be buying one to keep at the office as this is easier and more discreet to use than traditional balls, roller pins and of course massage guns.

Works exactly as I expected. Very sturdy. Easy to hold and doesn’t cramp my hand. The ball inside rolls smoothly on my bare skin and over my clothes. Wish I came across this sooner. Will buy another one to keep at work.

This little massager is great. It provides a great deep tissue massage. I’ve been having shoulder and arm pain with numbness in my fingers due to a pinched nerve . This little gadget gets the kinks out. Easy to grip, rolls easy, just strong enough for great performance but lightweight enough to hold.

Love this little tool it works great and feels great and easy to use I recommend it.

I used wall tape to stick it to the wall so I can lean on it and get between my shoulders on my back. I went over all the sore spots twice and it hurt a bit on the surface for a couple minutes but it definitely unlocked my sore muscles that even my TENS unit couldn't get. Took away the pain that I had for the last 3 weeks to no avail. I'm definitely going to buy a second one to put on the wall lower down for my lower back. This is gonna save me thousands of dollars that would've gone to a massage therapist. It's very sturdy and doesn't stick or break from leaning on it. It's just the right size. Small enough to hit pressure points but big enough so it doesn't hurt a lot.

It makes you realize you have muscles where you never thought you had muscles lol. I really love how nicely it fits in the palm of your hand and how light it is. It rolls really nicely and really does the job quite well! I use it regularly on my legs and shoulders and it has completely changed my life being able to release those spots when needed, by myself without having to see a massage therapist. It's very easy to clean and for the price, it's a must have! 10/10 recommend!

I like the size and shape of the balls, they fit in my small hands well so I can use them both simultaneously. They work as expected, my only complaint is that they are very light weight and the plastic cradle makes an unpleasant plastic sound as the ball rolls around. Other brands I have tried do not make this hollow plastic sound, which is unfortunate in the spa setting I use them in, but does not affect the performance. Good product, Id like the balls to weigh more so they roll quieter, or the plastic casing to be more sturdy
