This is a great resource to have for studying as an interpreter
This is a great resource to have for studying as an interpreter. The book is also very good quality printing.(((This is an aside comment about the company that created this awesome book: On the company's website are advertised reading material of this topic sold for $5.00 each. They don't tell you this until you get them in your email after purchasing but they are horrible old photocopies from journals. Had I known this I would not have purchased them because I have a university library account and can access almost any journal/article for free and the quality would not be in such horrible condition. I told them I was dissatisfied with the quality and the fact that it was not clear on their site that what was being sold were articles from Journals, however, they never responded to me and did not refund my $15.)))

Great reference if you already have a decent grasp of Spanish. The format is a basic three column chart on each page with the English word in the first column, the definition in the second column and the Spanish equivalent in the third column. Not that the novice couldn't use this but it will not teach you Spanish, you will be disappointed if you purchase it for that purpose. For a mental health professional who wants to familiarize themselves with commonly used terminology this is a great go to reference.

Helpful terms and tips
Very useful glossary terms to help fill in the gaps during intakes and sessions. Surprise benefit, each word also comes with description in English, doubles as a thesaurus!

Good resource
Easy to find words. However, if you do not master Spanish, this book may not be for you. Other wise, it will be a good referance guide.
