I had gastric sleeve in may of 2023 and started on these vitamins in order to supplement my health due to my drastic decrease of nutrients from food. Just got my 14 month blood tests back and my numbers were so phenomenal that she said she wished he numbers looked as good as mine. The pills are on the large side but I’ve not had any issues taking them. They taste and smell wonderful, unlike most vitamins I’ve taken in the past. Great price for a 3 month supply.

This is a great multivitamin for gastric sleeve. A different brand I tried were chewable and made me nauseous. These are easy to take. No burping up that vitamin taste all day. They actually smell and taste like a vanilla protein shake. Also the most affordable I’ve found so far.

I have been trying different vitamins to obtain dr recommended levels of vitamin and minerals since having bariatric surgery 1 year ago. These are the easiest to swallow and they smell like vanilla but leave no yucky taste. I don't have any stomach troubles or nausea with these. These have been my go to since my rny bypass in 2023 .All my labs have always came back great. I started then right after my surgery and take them to this day and don't plan to change that. They are easy to swallow, don't make my stomach upset, very effective. I recommend them to any bariatric patient I come across thats looking for a one a day vitamin.

I had been using another brand, but they smelled terrible, so I wanted to try something with less of an abrasive smell. These do have a vitamin smell, but the vanilla makes them more palatable. My only gripe is that they get stuck while swallowing, causing it to come back up and then I have to re-swallow. I typically have no issue swallowing vitamins/pills so this has taken me by surprise. My citrical are bigger than this and go down with no issue. BariLife may need to update the coating. I may try cutting it in half and updating the review if that helps but I wouldn't recommend these if you struggle swallowing pills or are afraid of gagging.
