Active Window Films Rustic Natural Slate House Gate Sign Plaque Door Number Personalised Name Plate (Style 2)

The item is what I expected, actually a little nicer than in the pictures. The slate has a slightly rough-hewn effect around the edge which gives a more rustic feel than apparent in the pictures, with an attractive grain slanting across it.My text included an arrow font character which the craftsman had the good sense to replace with a proper arrow, so some thought obviously goes into the layout.

I have given this review 5 stars for the good customer service. I received my package and it appeared there was a small chip (as per attached photo). Seller was quick to respond, advising this was due to the slate material and that it wasn’t a defect. She did however offer to send a replacement which arrived quickly and in perfect condition.The overall quality was lovely, small in size which fits on the top of my garden gate. Very easy to install and adds a nice touch to my home.

The product is well made and easily mounted. However, compared with the picture on the website, the physical size of the number is quite small in relation to the size of the sign as a whole. I went for a 6" by 4" sign; if I was choosing again, I would choose the next size up.

We ordered this to replace an existing sign at our new home. When it came, my boyfriend and I were very impressed and have since installed it. We have had so many compliments and it stands out well and looks smart on our wall. We contacted the company with our individual specifications and the communication was really good and when the sign came it was exactly how we had asked. I would highly recommend this company and their products.

This is the best slate House name sign design I have ever come across, the seller is very approachable to discuss customisIng it to your exact requirements. The piece of slate I received was a nice-looking piece of stone. I would have been very happy with the sign except that they mis-spelled the name of the house. The last letter (an 'e') of the name was missing from the name, although I had entered it correctly in the order. I had got the sign shipped abroad through a re-posting service, so it wasn't cost-effective to return it. Instead I scrubbed off the mis-spelled name, and painted the correct name by hand.

Just moved into an old cottage which until now has had just a paper sign on the door announcing the number.We have been thanked by the neighbours and the postman for putting up a number, and it goes beautifully with the style of the cottage. It arrived incredibly quickly and looks amazing.It comes with all the fittings, including screw cups and covers so no worries about metal screws expanding in the heat and fracturing the slate.It's perfect!

Lovely slate number plaque. But found the font was to small. Couldn’t be seen easily. So ordered another one from a different company.
