Tastes good - 200cal, but only 18 servings!
I should have read the description better as I’m used to the bags of the same brand protein powder (this only has 18 servings in it! Bags from Holland and Barrett have more)One of the only protein shakes I actually thoroughly enjoy the taste of, reminds me of a cheaper vanilla milkshake :DAround 200 calories per serving which isn’t bad for weight loss use, but there are others around 90cal with the same amount of protein (but they don’t taste as good!)
