Smaller than expected and very useful.
I have used pull saws for a while now as all around shop tools. I found this one to be very well made, but I was initially surprized by its size. After several weeks of shop use, I find myself reaching for this saw above all others. It fits the hand nicely and has stayed sharp. Its small size lends itself to accurate cuts and it is easy to manuver. Good value for the money.

Sharp and lightweight
As a petite woman, I don't like using the traditional handsaw with the handgrip. The long blade of a traditional saw is heavy and cumbersome for me to handle when trying to make a straight cut. The blade always wobbles and my cuts look just as bad. I prefer the shorter Japanese blade. It's lightweight and made sawing so much easier and precise. I used it to cut up mdf/particle board. I really like that it has 2 different teeth. I prefer the shorter teeth as it made my cuts cleaner. The bigger teeth made the blade wobble at times and it would catch on the wood. The blade is thin and I can easily saw right up against my guard. I would buy this again, but maybe something where I can replace the saw blade. I don't think this model allows blade replacement.

Sharp but the blade metal is thinner than expected
Was expecting sturdier metal on the blade. It bends and bows fairly often as you cut. It's definitely sharp, but the bowing action due to thin metal makes it a little more difficult to cut branches. I'm not cutting anything big - mostly small branches.

A great addition to my tool selection!
I have been using various types of handsaws over time. As a Craftsman I rely on the right tool for the right job.I needed a handsaw that could flush cut with ease and accuracy. I must say this saw did the job and was very impressed by it. It is small, light weight and simple to use!I am very happy with the results!

A perfect tool
We bought this tool to loosen the glue on a old vanity top. The vanity top had been in place for 12 years but was cracked and scratched so we bought a granite vanity top as a replacement. We did not want to damage the vanity itself - only replace the top. This tool was PERFECT in removing the old glue without damaging the wood vanity. Although the old vanity top was heavily glued in place, there was one small area where we could insert the saw. Once we got the saw inserted under the old vanity top, it was easy to fully remove the old glue. The fantastic part about using this tool was that it is so thin and pliable. It was just perfect for this task.

Just what I expected
It is just as expected and advertised. Only weak spot I can see in future use is the connection between the blade and handle, but for the price is great.

This is a disposable model
These things are GREAT! Forget awkward hand saws and hack saws. These are much easier to use. The blade on this one can't be replaced and the handle is cheap. I knew it was a disposable one when I bought it. If I had known how awesome these pull saws are I would have invested in one with a replaceable blade. I'll do that once I wear this out. Not bad if you just want to try it out.

The right tool!
This little tool REALLY comes in handy. It doesn't take a loy of force to cut the wood that I need it to cut. In fact the "pull" motion helps me keep control of my cuts and yeilds a very nice outcome! This is just the tool I needed!

The saw is exceptional. Sharp and very well made, perfect lines. Cuts cleanly and with little effort, which makes achieving a fine finish easy. Very pleased with it.

Great little saw for smaller projects
I use this little saw for cutting smaller (1”-4”) blocks of basswood for whittling projects. Cuts easily without much wastage.
