I don't think so. I'm 99.99% sure it's boar hair. Just about EVERY dry brush uses boar hair and this brush advertises itself as "natural" -- when you see something with bristles (like makeup brushes) and it says it's natural, it's animal hair. Usually if it's synthetic they will say so in the description. The ONLY dry brush I've found with synthetic bristles is made by Ecotools.Also, to politely inform those who don't know, vegan just means no animal products. You'll see "100% Vegan" on a product's label from time to time.

Do this in the shower before bathing to wash toxins and dry skin away. 2. Use a moisturizer immediately after toweling off like C.S.M.'s organic Reduce Cellulite Cream, or organic Rich Anti-Aging Moisturizer. Moisturizing your skin is vital!
