I love this computer. It is fast and cheap. I have no issues storing stuff. I guess it’s in the cloud, but I save stuff on my desktop and it’s there for me when I need it. It’s super thin and lightweight. The keys are big, so I don’t fat finger like on a regular laptop. I only have ONE issue that I was not aware of when I purchased it...since it is a stream it only allows Windows apps. It is built in with Windows 10-S. The S means you can only use windows supported programs. The reason being it keeps it faster (since it doesn’t have its own memory) and less chance of corruption because windows can monitor what is used on it. That being said....you CANNOT use the google chrome browser!!!! You are NOT allowed to download it. This is the ONLY issue that I have had With This laptop. You can only use The Microsoft edge browser And a lot of websites/programs have glitches with Microsoft edge and some functions won’t work. When you call they say....you need to use google chrome browser. So I literally have to get on a desktop computer to do certain things. Other than that....I LOVE this laptop. I wish Microsoft edge would up their game, so they would be as compatible as google chrome since that is who they are competing against (google chrome book). Now I will say that you ARE allowed to upgrade to the regular windows 10, but then you are are not allowed to go back to the Windows 10-S if you change your mind. I am worried that if I upgrade and my laptop stops working properly, then I wouldn’t be able to use it at all.

I bought the non-touch screen HP 14-inch 64 GB Stream laptop in the rose pink. So far so good! Package came by UPS and they required a signature which was great and safe. The package was in perfect condition. No bumps or wear and tear. Open the box right up and started the laptop up. The laptop was clean and shiny. The color is as pictured and it is light weight. Just like a new laptop should be. After the set-up and linking my Microsoft account up I started using it to complete my schoolwork. It runs/loads at a decent pace. Nothing to complain about. If you’re looking for a cheap buy for schoolwork or entertainment this is the perfect device for you!

I purchased this laptop because I had to transition to working from home due to the pandemic. It’s sleek and beautiful. It does come in “S” mode which I ended up removing because platforms I needed to use to continue my work weren’t compatible. Once I removed S mode it’s been fine. It suits my work needs for zoom, google classroom and Microsoft applications. The cons are that it’s a little slow and freezes if too many apps are open. The battery life is good for about 6hrs. But by mid work day, I have to plug it back to charge. I’m also not a fan of laptops because they don’t come with a mouse, so I’m going to get a wireless mouse to use with it. Otherwise I highly recommend if you need a basic laptop for basic usage. Good for an adult or child/teen working from home.

Use to the number keys on the right side of key board, but not a deal killer.

Not sure if this laptop is refurbished but it is very slow. At first it ran great but once you start doing core stuff like using Skype the laptop runs like an older person .. slow I tried everything to make it work but same results. If this is refurbished I would like to know as it did not state it was but hey .. I’m still able to browse the web and the price point is extremely excellent for the time of need.

First off I love the color! I got this laptop to hook up / dedicate to my embroidery machine to download designs and it works great for that. It is a bit slow. But the price was less then $300 when I got it (as I type this price is about $400), so I wasn't expecting a lot of speed. You get what you pay for. I haven't tried playing a game on it, I don't know that it could handle it. I'll have to see how it does with movies at some point and I'll update review.

Bought this laptop for my dad. He spends most of her time running a small business, using QuickBooks, watching YouTube, surfing the web, checking emails, and designing/printing signs for a small business. It took some time to figure out how to work Google Chrome on it but he is loving the laptop. Chrome runs a little slow but my dad is a retiree so he does not expect things to run very quickly lol. He loves the blue finish and how light the laptop is so she can transport it everyday. I immediately put a keyboard protector to protect the black keys because he tends to type with dirty fingers. He is loving his new laptop!

Really light and small.Too slow (ridiculous how slow)After installing a windows 10 update, the computer stopped working. Only get a blue screen saying config error.

Excellent lap top. Not the quickest but not slow either. I just needed email, word, excel and a printer. Does exactly what i need it for. Set up was a breeze and I'm far from a techy. Recommend
