Lux Hotel Tailored Bed Skirt Classic 14" Drop Length Pleated Styling, Queen, Chocolate

I was hesitant to buy these because of some of the reviews, but I’m really glad I did. I needed bed skirts for 4 beds in my home, so affordability was important. These were exactly what I needed. Yes, they come wrinkled out of the package, but don’t most things that are folded? I very lightly ironed them (I’m not the best at ironing) and the wrinkles came right out. The platform fabric is a different material than the actual bed skirt drop, and I can see how it would tear if you were pulling really hard on it...but why would you yank it that hard anyhow? For the price, you really can’t beat these. They hide our hideous box springs and make our not-so-stylish rooms look neater and more put together. If you need a bed skirt at a really inexpensive price, these are great.

Per the instructions on the package and the product page I should have had "Easy-Care Machine wash on cold, Tumble dry on low.". Well that is not true. After my first and only washdry it shrunk and the grippy middle part completely ripped. Would not recommend.

Never had a bed skirt tear when I need to make adjustments. When you have to put a skirt on a cal king size bed by yourself, you need something durable. It literally tore like paper.

I did not have any of the issues that some of the other reviewers did. For the price, you can’t beat these. The wrinkles came right out with some light ironing, the platform fabric is fine as long as you don’t yank it as hard as you can and I found them to be made well. The style is simple and clean looking and hides all of our crap under the bed. If you’re looking to style a bedroom at Buckingham Palace, these might not be the right choice, but for a functional, affordable option, they are great.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  I had an Elastic Bed skirt prior to this Tailored Bedskirt. Though Elastic Bed skirt does the same work which is to hide the Bed frame as well as the box, unlike the Elastic Bed Skirt, Tailored Bed skirt was much easy to use and stays put. However, I didn't like the fabric of this Bed skirt as it's seemingly thin.Having said that, it does the work of simply Hiding the hideous Bed box/frame/legs, one day while making the bed, I had to move the skirt to position it perfectly underneath the mattress, and to my dismay, the stitches ripped up while I'm still holding it Which proved the poorly sewn fabric.

The color matches the picture as advertised.The bed skirt was wrinkled, but I put it in the dryer with a damp washcloth on low for 15 minutes and it smoothed out nicely.The fabric is a little thin, but I had no issues with tearing. For the price, you could not find a better quality.

I'm stuck with this now. (But please don't you find yourself in the same boat) The queen size is a full 3 1/2 - 4inches short of the unfinished end. Seller/Manufacturer is obviously trying to save money. If I could find something to attach this to my new metal frame and stretch it, it might be ok. Also, the pleated ends are not hanging correctly. I steamed them, but still same.Please don't buy this!!

THIS PRODUCT IS TERRIBLE SINCE IT DOES NOT MATCH THE PICTURES OR EVEN COME CLOSE TO BE ANYTHING LIKE THE DESCRIPTION. THIS BED SKIRT IS SO FLIMSY AND SHEER THAT YOU CAN SEE THE MATTRESS BOX AS IF THERE IS NO BED SKIRT ON THE BED. STAY AWAY FROM THIS ITEM AND SELLER SINCE THEIR ADVERTISING IS FALSE AND DECEPTIVE AND FRANKLY DECEPTIVE. THERE ARE LAWS AGAINST FALSE AND DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING. IT IS SELLERS LIKE THIS THAT WILL DAMAGE AMAZON'S REPUTATION.

Photos of this bed skirt are misleading. What's featured in the photo is a high quality thick bed skirt with built-in centre pleats.What's delivered is a thin, shiny nylon skirt with no pleats. I've included a photo of how the skirt actually looks like so others are clear on what they're buying. The $15 listed price is a good price for the skirt pictured in the listing, but it's a high price for the actual skirt that arrives.

Very disappointed in the quality of this supposedly 'Lux Hotel' bed skirt. I searched a lot of bed skirts before making this purchase and the reason I got it was because it looked high quality - meaning the material isnt paper thin, didn't look like it wrinkled easy because it looks like it is a thick material and the pleats where crisp. It's a terrible quality and highly misleading. I would not recommend this product and very disappointed. I should have read more ratings before I bought. That is where I take ownership as other buyers have clearly had the same experience.

I wish I read the reviews before I purchased this bed skirt. As other have mentioned, what got delivered looks completely different from what you get. The picture shows nice structured pleats in the centre of the three exposed sides of the skirt. The actual bed skirt only has pleats at the front corners. I bought the skirt explicitly for those pleats. I took too long to open up my package, so I discovered this after the refund window. I’m gonna try to get my money back because this is blatant false advertising.

The material is thin and I can see the pattern on my box spring through the skirt. I purchased the white so this may not be an issue if you choose a different colour. The synthetic material that sits on top seems paper thin and easily rips. Mine already had a few rips in it before first use. I did not inspect it before washing it so it could have happened in the washing machine, though I did wash on delicate cycle. Also the picture is misleading: 1. The material is not the same quality as what you'd expect from the picture 2. There are no pleats on the sides only on the cornersOverall, the bedskirt is usable and does the job.

I would not recommend this bed skirt. I only kept it because it was the navy colour I needed. Clearly this item never made it to the ‘ironing station’ before it was packaged. The white fabric that fits on the box spring was a mesh-like material (supposedly polyester) almost impossible to iron at any temperature. The corner skirt pleats did not appear to have ever been ironed which in itself was a challenge. Overall the value is not there as priced.
