High quality MSM
This is a high quality and potent MSM product. Once I began taking the product, I noticed an increase in energy (heightened at some points throughout the day) within a day or so. However, I had to stop taking the product after two weeks, as I was waking in the middle of the night and unable to fall back asleep. As soon as I stopped taking the one tablet dose (with breakfast), the sleep disruptions disappeared. I would recommend this product, as I can tell it is a quality product. I also would consider taking it regularly, if it came in a much smaller dose.

Why i chose this MSM over others
Got this hiar growth. Saw an article stating that taking only MSM for long periods can deplete the body's balance for Molybdenum which is thought to cause health issues over the long term. I didn't want to do that for the sake of hair growth. This was the only MSM product that came with Molybdenum. I'm so happy because I can safely take it long term (I only take one capsule per day). It has helped my hair growth too.
