igourmet Norwegian Jarlsberg (R) Cheese - Pound Cut (15.5 ounce)

I have always loved Jarlsburg cheese but it's hard to find in the markets. Wal-Mart sells it on occasion but the cost is pretty steep. The pound I bought was a great price and the cheese stayed fresh for a few weeks. Makes good toasted Cheese sandwiches. I will continue to buy it at Amazon.

This is not real Jarlsberg. It tastes terrible - I’m not convinced it’s even real cheese. One can see from the picture that the color is all wrong.And the taste? Like prefabricated plastic - what a burn. I will never buy from this seller again.

Jarlesberg is my favorite cheese, just wish it wasn't so expensive. A special treat npw and then. Enjoy!

Well I didn't care for it, it had no real flavor and was like chewing rubber, I even tried it in a grilled cheese sandwich thinking it might taste a bit better melted... I was wrong :(

I love the flavor but discovered today that I could buy it from my grocery store (Wegmans) for $5.69/lb.

I love the texture and the swiss cheese flavor!
