MY OTHER SAT RECEIVER BROKE DOWN BEYOND REPAIR, AND I BOUGHT THIS USED BOX TO REPLACE IT. I HAD TO HAVE IT RESET TO FACTORY CONDITION, BUT EVERYTHING IS WORKING PROPERLY. IT WAS A VERY GOOD BUY!

The item met all the advertised points, but despite an expensive postal fee, it took a LONG time to arrive.

I bought the Viewsat VS2000 Ultra Free-to-Air Satellite Receiver from Amazon and when I was trying to use it did not work and when protesting to Amazon they told me that it is to HottechDeals that I had to protest against but they don't respond to the emails I sent them. I was told to return the item by mail. So I returned by mail the equipment and I was hoping that they would return my money or that would send me an equipment that works well. But they haven't done any of the two.
