Good winch for the price
Looks good on my wrangler. Was easy to install. I did direct to battery install since it is my daily driver so I don’t have to worry about any slow battery draw. Haven’t gotten stuck yet so can’t comment on if it will pull me out but did use it to move a large tree branch and it did the job with ease. Seems well built and I like that it has 2 wireless remotes plus the corded control if needed. I will update if I have to use it for recovery.

Small Winch but Good Value and Capable
Unit was smaller than I expected but was up to the task of pulling my Corvette up a small incline into the garage for repair. It is not an instantaneous high-torque quick device but it got the job done. I bolted my unit to the garage floor and can remove it when tasks are finished. Well worth the modest price.

Good for the money
Good price, works good. The controller is wired incorrectly, but still functions.

Installed on 2010 jeep jk 4dr
Nice winch havent had to use it on anything major but did a test pull and it worked well. I like that it came with 2 remotes and a removable hardwire controller as well.

Weak
Pulling a small four-wheeler out of the mud this sound like its going to snap. I don't trust this to pull anything. Waste of money. Fit great, holes lined up. just seems weak.

Great winch so far.
I got the 13500 and have only had it for a week now and have got to use it 3 times so far. I am pulling trucks up on to a large tilt bed equipment trailer. These trucks are loaded with scrap iron and weigh up to 8000lbs loaded and this winch has absolutely no problem pulling them on the trailer. I'm with everyone else that you do have to wire up the winch when you get it and not sure why they just don't do it before sending it. Everything worked just fine on the install and wiring for me except for the 2 wireless remotes. The remotes did work but the buttons were backwards, as in was out and out was in. The wired controller worked just like was supposed to so I had to take the cover off the control box and switch 2 of the wireless control wires with each other. It was two of the wires right on top, I believe it was the white and yellow from the wireless control box that I swapped places with. If everything was put together before shipping they could test all of this. I'm happy with it so far and if something changes I will try to give a fallow up review.

It only came with 35' of cable.
It works OK for the money. I'm doubtful it can pull 3500 pounds, probably not even close. Under a fairly good load (well under 1000 pounds though) yesterday it would free spool out unless I had th emotor pulling in. (there's no brake)But most irritating ~ I bought it specifically for a job that *required* about 42' of cable. To lower, and raise a small tower. We went to lower the tower and the winch ran out of cable *before* the tower was down. The damned thing only had about 35' of cable on it ~ not the 50' as promised in the description. Frustrating! ~ and a bit dangerous. The spool would fit 50' (barely) ~ but it only came with 35. I should send it back but at this point it's looking a bit used.
