Purchased to go along with our house revamp from old knobs to levers. The finish is very shiny and smooth, with the locking mechanism strong and durable and three keys included. They have a heavy, solid feel and were easy to install, coming with detailed instructions and all the parts you might need. My wife likes them because at age 60+, old style door knobs are getting harder to grasp, especially in the rain. So far, it is working very well.

I honestly wasn’t expecting much from these as they were an inexpensive option but I’m impressed. Quality seems as good or even better than others I have in the house. Solid build and sturdy. I just needed to lock the “Santa” closet so didn’t need something super expensive. They are a very good option.One quick install tip… once the two halves are in place to secure them together, the screws needed to do this were already installed in the ends of the locking side. I couldn’t figure out why the screws provided wouldn’t go into holes and notice the holes were plugged with another set of screws.

easy to install no issues

I got this for my bedroom door. It looked fine and worked fine for awhile. I rarely ever used the key to lock or unlock it. One day I started having issues with twist lock portion. It would stick and became difficult to lock and unlock from both the inside with twist lock and the outside using the key. The interior twist lock eventually seized up all together. When that happened the key being used from the outside would not seize. It would twist and make a latching noise, but that's all it would do. The door wouldn't actually lock or unlock. It just sounded like it was. I took it apart and lubricated everything with dry PTFE spray lube. It worked as it should again, once reassembled.Today (a couple of months after the initial problem) I had to lock it when I left the room and once I returned to open it, it refused to unlock. I had to shoulder ram the door to get in bending the bolt/latch as seen in the pictures. I bought a better known brand to replace it. The only bright side is since it was suck a poor quality the latch gave rather than the door frame so I don't have to repair anything. I will never buy this brand or a unknown brand again after this experience.

Bought to replace a door handle. It's just OK. The action isn't smooth and it feels a little cheap. It is pretty cheap after all. Had it in for 2 days then replaced it with a name brand handle. Twice as much but well worth it.
