Save your money
Started to tear after 15 minutes of splitting wood with my axe. The other handle savers (for sledgehammers, mauls) are great, but the material is just not able to withstand being pushed through wood when splitting. I guess it would be ok if you only use an axe to fell trees, but absolutely worthless if using for splitting. Just replace the handle once in a while and don't bother with this.
