Not bad for frozen
I still prefer fresh but they come a close second and can be cooked straight from the freezer well I did just gave them 3xtra ten minutes cooking time just keep checking fish isn't nice overcooked.

Haddock is My favourite fish.These are nice and chunky.Sometimes a bit thin but that's a matter of my taste not the quality of the fish.Another one I always add to my list.

Excellent for a last minute
Very tasty but be careful for do not to overcook it. I cooked it as a coconut milk fish stew, straight from the freezer.

Frozen with far too much water
The fish fillets were delivered defrosted and with an ample amount of water in the packaging for them to move around. Went in the bin.
