Easy To Install & Got Working In No Time!!
I got these to install around our yard. The camera mount was super easy to install and I had the cameras up and working in no time. I really appreciate the extra protection these full weather proof cases provide for the cameras. I highly recommend them!! If I can install them, anyone can install them.

Safety is a must
I ordered the camera system when it was on sale. My father in-law has another system and I wasn't to fond of the subscription cost as well as the camera system. After my free trial ended it was a no brainer to me to extend my service. Blink keeps adding accessories and improving their service. The whole set up and integration was very easy. I have not used the customer service yet. I am so happy I chose to go with them. The quality of the cameras and mounts are excellent. Adjusting the cameras to your preferences can take time for the first one but once you get ahold of everything you will zoom right through. The price is well worth it.

Simple install, keeps camera accessible.
I’m security camera adverse. That being said we recently had an incident that made me feel like they were necessary. These mounts make the outdoor Blink cameras much more water resistant than the cameras alone, that’s essential where I live. They are just as easy to mount as the original camera mounts are. They also have a good range of motion which allows for mounting them in locations that would normally make the angle ineffective. Access to the camera to change the batteries is really easy and a great feature. My wife especially likes the included mount for the hub. It eliminates the need both for a place to put it and another cord hanging from the outlet. Instead the hub mounts directly to an outlet. You can put it in an inconspicuous location without unruly cords while still allowing access to the second plug on the outlet. Great value, and definitely worth the time to change out the OEM mounts.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
I bought this camera system and the thing they do not tell you is there is no customer service.... When you call you get the message there is a large volume of calls and you will have a wait and 15 minutes or longer they come on and say there is no one to help you THANKS FOR CALLING and hang-up. Ever since I paid a pro to put these cameras in it has been a night mare. I have had my internet provider here and it is the cameras. There is a 10 second delay that a person can enter your garage and steel the chainsaw and be gone before the camera even activates. So you get no customer service unless you have all day to read through answers that the public can possibly help you with the answer. I called and called and leave you name and number and someone will call you is also not true no one calls you and you had a reason for putting the cameras in and now they do not work and you spent all that money. I could of spent that $800.00 on a better camera system. It was not the money I wanted a working system with customer service and not having to call daily. You need to know I now have called 15 times to Blink and the same thing leave your name and we will call you back. today I got some one that wanted to know my name, phone number, the number on my phone which you should not give out, the name of one of my cameras, the N/S number off the thing they have plugged in here at the house, my email address and this takes the cake who was the last person at Blink I talked to and what was the date. First it is hard to understand Asian accent for their name like this one was easy it was a woman with the name ED. When I lost it she said well she was sorry but if I can not tell her the name of the last person I talked to at Blink and the date I did that she could not fix my cameras. I called back to get an other Asian person and told her what had happened and again if you can not tell her who the last person was that you talked to at Blink and the date you did that they can not fix your cameras. This is an up date...THis is over two weeks of no service.

Connectivity lacking
Picture quality is good, the doorbell cam is basically useless. If some one rings, by the time you get the notification and connect to the app, they're gone. Same with just about all the connections to the camera, they take time through the app to show notifications and connect. I would be upset except I purchased when they were on sale so it didn't cost a lot. I will be switch to a continuos recording system in the very near future though.
