These are great.
These are relatively easy to swallow but it's a complete vitamin regimen. I tried these initially because I saw good reviews and wanted something complete and complete these are. I was actually surprised I could tell the difference immediately and was surprised. I may not be old yet but I am 50+ now and these have actually made me feel better loosing some back pain as well as stiffness in my fingers elbows knees as well. I am pretty sure it's got a lot to do with the vitamin E and then the circulation enhancement which is 2 different caps. I can tell when I take them and when I don't. My hair seems to have benefitted a bit and my skin is not as dry either. I really like them, I never had any problems with energy so I don't know how that would effect anyone who would benefit from that. I get up I go no matter what but as I said I can tell the difference and it's beneficial. I buy them in 3 packs now and I am worth a couple bucks a day 😀

Complete vitamins. I will contact seller to be put on monthly shipments. Cost efficient. Better than Perricone and less expensive. Perricone is a joke compared to this vitamin. This vitamin is complete

Great vitaminsI have used these for years really like them in packages no more searching through the cupboard for each individual vitamin I recommend this

Good quality but a dozen pills
I feel these are good quality and absorbable pills. It’s an adjustment taking twelve a day tho and we haven’t mastered that yet. I wonder why the dosage of potassium is so low if 4000+mg is recommended.

Eat with meal! This is kinda important.
Much better response than with previous Vitamin. Still in early stages here.

They use artificial dye!
I just simply cannot believe they color the capsules with artificial food dyes! Gross. I threw out the product once I saw that! The dyes they add to the capsules causes cancers, liver damage and ADHD. Obviously this company is not that health conscious. Stay away from this company. -Dr. ARN
