Each XMRE Meal provides 1,300 to 1,500 calories and are US Military Grade rations. All Components are field tested and fully cooked so they can be eaten right out of the pouch or you can use the flameless ration heater to eat them hot. These are always fresh and each case includes 12 MRE meals. These cases were manufactures/packed in 2019 with a shelf life of at least 5 years, they will remain fresh all the way into 2024.
