Pretty good advice
Interesting take on the E-myth brand. Easy and quick to read. Starting my insurance agency and happy to have these ideas to build on.

Pretty bad
Not a very good book, very basic information, with no incredibly insightful takeaways. Would not recommend.

Great Action Guide for my Business!
I recently listened as I came to point in my Agency where we were having staffing and sales issues. After listening I made immediate changes to my organizational chart and we are already seeing results and a smoother flow in our office. About to start listening again today. I enjoyed so much I bought the version for Architects as a gift for a friend of mine.

Not very helpful
Gerber's original E-Myth books are very good and can be life-changing for small business owners. This particular book for insurance agency business owners gives a very superficial glimpse into E-Myth concepts, and does very little to tie the concepts to the insurance business in any meaningful way. It does feel more like a pitch to buy a Fiesta Insurance franchise where the reader will then presumably learn how E-Myth concepts have been applied in their business model. This book offers a few glimpses into what that may look like, but overall it is not helpful for prospective (or current) insurance agents at all. My advice: Read "Gerber's E-Myth Revisited" and figure out for yourself how to apply the principles to your insurance business.

Bad read, waste of time!!!
Nothing more than a franchise advertisement for Fiesta Insurance. Fiesta sells to a niche market that uses a cartoon bird mascot dancing outside their offices to lure people in. They do give away a free Coke to prospective buyers. Perhaps the E-Myth book directed at Financial Planners would be a better read.
